3. Third-Party Integrations
SellerBowl integrates with third-party platforms including Amazon, Etsy, Shopify, and TikTok Shop. When you connect a third-party account:
- We access only the data authorized by you through the platform's official authorization flow
- Data is used exclusively to provide the features you have enabled
- We do not sell third-party platform data
- We do not share integration data with unrelated third parties
- You may disconnect integrations and request deletion of stored data at any time
4. Amazon Selling Partner Data
SellerBowl's Amazon integration is designed so that protected Amazon seller account information, if the integration is approved, implemented, and enabled, is available only after the selling partner explicitly authorizes the connection through Amazon's official OAuth flow. That seller-scoped account information would be sourced only through the official Amazon Selling Partner API. A production SP-API connection is not currently represented as available.
Separate product research features may process information supplied directly by users, licensed public-product observations, information visible to a user through the browser extension, and calculations or estimates generated by SellerBowl. SellerBowl does not use scraping, browser automation, unofficial APIs, or third-party datasets to obtain protected Amazon seller account information.
The seller-authorized information may be used for approved listing, catalog, inventory, order, publishing, and business-insight workflows, including:
- Identifying the seller account for integration purposes
- Reading catalog and listing information to support content workflows
- Preparing and submitting seller-approved listing updates
- Validating product type requirements and attributes
- Managing listing workflow status
SellerBowl does not:
- Sell Amazon seller data
- Use Amazon seller data for unrelated advertising
- Share Amazon seller data with unrelated third parties
- Use scraping or browser automation to obtain protected Amazon seller account information
- Collect buyer personal information unless specifically authorized and necessary
- Access data outside the permissions granted by the seller
- Manipulate reviews, ratings, rankings, or search placement
Sellers may revoke Amazon authorization through Amazon. Stored integration data may be requested for deletion by contacting us at help@sellerbowl.com.
SellerBowl stores only the data needed to provide the service. All access follows the principle of least privilege.
5. Etsy Shop Data
When you connect your Etsy shop to SellerBowl, you authorize access through Etsy's official OAuth 2.0 flow. SellerBowl accesses only the shop you authorize and only the data covered by the OAuth scopes you grant. SellerBowl accesses Etsy shop data exclusively through the official Etsy Open API. SellerBowl does not screen-scrape Etsy or sidestep the API to retrieve or post Etsy data.
The seller-authorized Etsy data may be used for the following seller-directed workflows:
- Reading your shop details, listings, and inventory to power your dashboards and reports
- Creating and updating your draft and active listings when you approve the change
- Uploading and managing listing images you provide or generate
- Reading your orders and receipts so you can organize and track fulfillment
- Adding shipment tracking to your orders after you ship them
SellerBowl does not:
- Sell your Etsy shop data
- Use your Etsy data for unrelated advertising
- Share your Etsy data with unrelated third parties
- Screen-scrape Etsy or sidestep the API to retrieve or post Etsy data
- Access other sellers' private shop data
- Access data outside the OAuth scopes you grant
- Manipulate reviews, ratings, or search placement
You may disconnect your Etsy shop at any time, which revokes SellerBowl's access. You may request deletion of stored Etsy integration data by contacting us at help@sellerbowl.com.
The term “Etsy” is a trademark of Etsy, Inc. This application uses the Etsy API but is not endorsed or certified by Etsy, Inc.
6. Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. Integration data (including Amazon seller data) is retained only while the integration is active, unless you request earlier deletion. We may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes such as fraud prevention.
7. Data Deletion
You may request deletion of your data by:
- Disconnecting third-party integrations from your account settings
- Deleting your SellerBowl account

We implement security measures including:
- Encryption of data in transit (TLS/HTTPS)
- Account authentication and application access controls
- Secure payment processing via PCI-DSS compliant providers
- Seller-scoped authorization principles for integrations
SellerBowl follows commercially reasonable security practices to protect user data.
